Hi everyone! My name is Kim van den Broek, and I recently started working as a research assistant within Prof. Ivan Toni’s research group at the Donders Institute. Within the BRC, I am involved in the Kinderpraat-project, in which we investigate how young children communicate with others and how early social experiences influence the development of communication. My work includes preparing and conducting research sessions, as well as collecting and processing research data. I will therefore also regularly welcome and test children and their parents at the Donders Institute. So, there’s a good chance you’ll run into me there! Best, Kim
