It is with great sadness that we share the news that professor Anne Cutler has passed away. Anne has been director of the Max Planck Institute for Psycholinguistics for twenty years and her contribution to the field is immense. She is also the founding mother of the BRC.
In 1999 ontving ze de prestigieuze Spinoza Prijs, waarmee ze het eerste babylab in Nederland (het BRC!) heeft opgericht. Hier heeft ze onderzoek gedaan naar taalverwerking in de hersenen bij baby’s.
She will be deeply missed by all of us.
