About me

HomeBabyBRAINSarah van den Bosch

Hi! My name is Sarah, and I am a PhD candidate in the BabyBRAIN group. My research focuses on how children and teenagers learn to communicate flexibly and regulate their emotions. To investigate this, I developed a digital game in which players apply these skills. While they play, I measure their brain activity to see what happens "behind the scenes"!

In addition, I’m involved in research on how babies acquire new information. I’ve always been fascinated by how quickly children pick up new skills, whether it’s language, game rules, or other cognitive abilities. My goal is to better understand how these learning processes develop across different age groups and how this relates to brain activity. I hope to see you soon at the BRC!
