Onderzoekers van het BRC en collega\u2019s vroegen zich precies hetzelfde af. Ze onderzochten of ouders hun kind proberen te instrueren tijdens het voeren \u00f3f dat ouders hun kind imiteren. Het blijkt dat ouders vooral hun kind <em>imiteren<\/em> tijdens het voeren.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud835\udde9\ud835\uddfc\ud835\uddf2\ud835\uddff\ud835\uddf4\ud835\uddf2\ud835\uddf1\ud835\uddff\ud835\uddee\ud835\uddf4 \ud835\uddfc\ud835\uddef\ud835\ude00\ud835\uddf2\ud835\uddff\ud835\ude03\ud835\uddf2\ud835\uddff\ud835\uddf2\ud835\uddfb<br>De onderzoekers kwamen tot deze conclusie na het observeren en filmen van 15 ouders met hun kinderen tijdens voedingssessies van 10 tot 15 minuten. Ouders kregen de instructie om hun kind zoals gewoonlijk met een lepel te voeren. Om te onderzoeken of ouders hun kind instrueerden of juist imiteerden hebben ze gekeken naar de timing van de mondbewegingen van ouder en kind. Bewogen ouders hun mond v\u00f3\u00f3r of n\u00e1 hun kind zijn\/haar mond bewoog? Daarnaast werd er geobserveerd wanneer en hoe lang ouders naar hun kinderen keken, en kinderen naar hun ouders, tijdens het voeren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud835\udde2\ud835\ude02\ud835\uddf1\ud835\uddf2\ud835\uddff\ud835\ude00 \ud835\uddf6\ud835\uddfa\ud835\uddf6\ud835\ude01\ud835\uddf2\ud835\uddff\ud835\uddf2\ud835\uddfb \ud835\uddf5\ud835\ude02\ud835\uddfb \ud835\uddf8\ud835\uddf6\ud835\uddfb\ud835\uddf1\ud835\uddf2\ud835\uddff\ud835\uddf2\ud835\uddfb!<br>Onderzoekers vonden dat de mondbewegingen van de kinderen voorafgingen aan de mondbewegingen van de ouders; en dat ouders hun kinderen dus imiteerden en niet instrueerden. Dit deden ze zelfs wanneer kinderen niet naar hun ouders keken!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Imitatie is cruciaal<\/strong><br>Waarom imiteren ouders hun kinderen tijdens het voeren? Onderzoek laat zien dat imitatie vrijwel elke minuut tijdens face-to-face contact tussen ouder en kind plaatsvindt. Dat ouders hun kinderen imiteren, al dan niet tijdens het voeren, helpt het kind mogelijk om zelf te leren imiteren. Dit is cruciaal voor het maken van verbinding met anderen, voor het ontwikkelen van sociale vaardigheden en voor leren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Referentie<\/strong><br>Vacaru, S.
